If your order is time-sensitive, we strongly advise you not to place an order with us, as we cannot expedite shipping.
Shipping Policy
At GetErect.eu, we offer discreet delivery to select European countries (see list below). All orders are shipped from within the EU Schengen area, meaning there are no customs checks for added convenience.

Please note: We do not deliver to DHL Packstations or parcel lockers.
Shipping Process
The following business day, your order is forwarded to our shipping partner for processing.
You should receive your package within 5-10 working days from the shipping date.
Once the package has been dispatched, we cannot modify the shipping timeline or stop the delivery. We kindly ask that you wait 10 business days before reaching out to us for any shipping concerns.
If you see that your order status is “processing,” please allow up to 10 days for delivery. In 95% of cases, orders arrive within this time.

Reship Policy
Our reship policy applies in the following cases:
- Undelivered due to wrong address: No reship will be provided.
- Parcel stuck in transit or seized by customs: We offer a free reship.
- Not home during delivery and parcel delivered to a pick-up point: This is considered successfully delivered – no reship.
- Orders sent to parcel shops, kiosks, or company addresses: This is done at your own risk.
- Misspelled delivery address and returned shipment: No reship will be offered.
Important: If the tracking code shows that your shipment is available for pickup at a designated location, it is your responsibility to collect it in time. If the package is returned due to missed pickup, it will be considered lost, as we use a fake return sender for discretion.
Make sure to track your order and pick it up promptly.
Additional Shipping Guidelines:
- Do not use false names when ordering with tracking.
- Do not ship to a friend’s address. The recipient must live at the specified delivery address, with their name clearly marked on the door.
- Avoid ordering to empty houses or mailboxes without occupants.
Failure to comply with these guidelines means our reship policy does not apply.
If your package must be picked up from a local depot, ensure the name on your ID matches the name on the shipment.
